MARC JACOBS was born in New York City on the 19th April, 1963, he Graduated from high school of Art Design in 1981, he entered Parsons school of design, from here he designed his first collection of hand-knit sweaters, and his career started, in 1987, when Jacobs received the distinct Honour of the being the youngest designer ever to be awarded the Council of Fashion Designers of America Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Talent. MARC JACOBS eyewear collection was previewed in the fall 2004 and was launched 2005. His eyewear displays out standing style in both sunglasses and eyewear. MARC JACOBS remains very committed to charitable organizations, and supported to around 33 charities, including Cancer Care and the AIDS foundation.
