PERSOL
Persol, Founded, in Turin in 1917, by Giuseppe Ratti, photographer and owner of a small Opticians. Persol?s technically advanced glasses, designed to satisfy the demands of pilots and sports drivers who required comfort, protection and optimum vision, were soon adopted by the armed forces and pilots in the Italian air force. In the 1920's the famous yellow-brown lenses, mounted on all Persol glasses, were introduced.
