      Hello I bought a pair of Christian Dior frames in 2016 from Signature Beachwood and the frame came apart. I took the frame back to the store and they told me the frame could not be repaired. They stated that they would have to be solder and the company does not do that type of work. I paid $300.00 dollars for the frames. I had to buy another pair of glasses but I still have the frame. The screws are still intact the clerk stated that the glue did not stick. I would like to get the frame fixed can you Help? Thank you

        Hello Katherine,

        in order to be sure that we can repair the glasses we need some clear pictures of the frame, where the problem is.
        We wil try to see if it’s possible to repair the frame, but sometimes we need to see the glasses physically and send them to the laboratory for a sure answer.

        But let’s take one step at a time: please send me clear pictures and I will tell you all the information you need.

    I received my lenses yesterday via UPS!!
    My Optometrist fitted it and I am very very happy!
    Thank you so much for the great service and effort, truly appreciated.
    The 1st shipment got lost via the postal service and I received the next shipment asap, via UPS at no charge!

    Absolutely the best service I ever received from an online company. They specially sourced my lenses for me after nobody could help me. My parcel got lost via mail to South Africa and I was send a new shipment via courier. Received my lenses today! Great service and will definitely use you in the near future.     Glasses are what I ordered, prestine condition. Not happy with the bill I received for them to go through customs though….that was never mentioned.

      I’m very sorry but only country has your rules.It’s very dificult for us to know which the are the rules of any country.Usually the customers know the rules of your country.For a next order please remember me I will do a little discount.

    I am from the UK and I wanted Lindberg frames but they cost over £450 in my country.

    I had a look on the internet and found giarre had very competitive prices but not the Lindberg frames I wanted. Luckily I contacted them and they got the Lindberg frames in stock for me, it took a little longer but it was worth it as I saved over £150.

    Giarre used paypal and I felt this was a safe and secure method as I had not bought anything online from a european country before.

    My glasses arrived in prestine condition and I really like them :-).

    I would definitely recommend giarre, they can get you the frames you want and save you money!!!
