We understand that you may not always have an updated prescription available. We are flexible:

  • Do You Have a Prescription? You can upload it directly in the form on the next step, or manually enter all the required data.
  • No Prescription? No Problem! (The "Lens Copy" Service) If your old lenses were satisfactory, our professional opticians can perform a "Lens Copy" (the exact measurement of the parameters and prescription of your current lenses) directly from your frames. Simply specify this choice.

3. ⚠️ Quality Check and Final Frame Suitability (Optician's Reserve)

Verification:

We check for wear and tear, plastic flexibility, metal integrity, and the possibility of safe mounting without the risk of breakage.

If the Frames Are NOT Suitable:

  • We will contact you immediately. As we cannot guarantee safe fitting, the full cost of the lenses will be entirely refunded.
  • You will only be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of the unsuitable frames, which will be deducted from the total refund.
