General Sales Conditions

These General Sales Conditions govern the purchase of products made through the website www.giarre.com (the “Site”) and regulate the contractual relationship between MEGAVISION Srl (“Megavision”) and the Customer.
Purchases on this Site are governed by Italian law and by applicable European consumer protection regulations.
1. Definitions
Customer: the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity.
Megavision: MEGAVISION Srl, Via Nazionale 19 – 33010 Reana del Rojale (UD), Italy, VAT no. 02258300306.
Site: www.giarre.com.
Products: eyewear and related accessories offered for sale on the Site.
Order: the Customer’s purchase request submitted electronically through the Site.
Contract: the sales agreement concluded between Megavision and the Customer following acceptance of the Order.
2. Scope of Application
Sales on giarre.com are intended exclusively for consumers. Megavision reserves the right not to process orders placed by entities acting for commercial or professional purposes or orders that do not comply with its business policies.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The Contract is concluded when Megavision confirms acceptance of the Order by email.
By placing an Order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these General Sales Conditions, together with all information provided on the Site, including product descriptions, prices, shipping costs and policies.
Megavision reserves the right to refuse Orders in case of unavailability of Products, pricing errors, or insufficient payment guarantees.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using one of the methods available on the Site at checkout.
Megavision does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely via certified third-party providers.
5. Product Information
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colors and details may vary depending on device display settings.
Product availability may change without notice.
All Products are supplied with original packaging and protective labels/seals where applicable. Returns may be refused if protective elements have been removed or altered.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from receipt of the Products, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must follow the procedure described in our Refund Policy:

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned Products and within 14 days of acceptance of the return.
7. Liability
Megavision shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control.
Megavision is not responsible for improper use of Products.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Sales Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the competent court shall be that of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, where provided by consumer protection law.
9. Changes to These Conditions
Megavision reserves the right to update these General Sales Conditions at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of purchase shall apply.
